What to bring to your appointment

  • Any referral letters you have from a specialist, hospital or GP

  • Medicare card

  • Private insurance card if wanting to claim HICAPS

  • Baby blue book (for children under 2 years old)

  • Any relevant medical results or reports from other health professionals

 

How much will it cost?

The fee for your appointment will vary based on the time taken for the consultation. This will be payable in full at the end of your appointment via cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Initial consultation
$330 (please allow 1-1.5 hours)

Standard appointment
$210 (up to 1/2 hour)

Extended Standard appointment
$300 (between 1/2-1 hour)

Can I claim a rebate?

Please bring your Medicare card with you as you may be able to claim some of the cost of your appointment through Medicare. Some private health funds may also contribute towards the cost of the appointment, but as this is uncommon we advise you to check with your health fund provider prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, in order to avoid the full appointment fee. This will enable us to provide the appointment to another child in need, who is waiting to be seen.
